How does the order fulfilment process work?
Once your stock arrives at our facility, we log every item into your account within 24 hours. Your online store connects via Shopify, WooCommerce, or API. When a customer places an order, it flows to us automatically — we pick it, pack it to your spec, and dispatch it. Same-day if the order arrives before 2pm.
Is there a minimum order volume to get started?
We don't enforce a strict minimum, but full 3PL fulfilment tends to make the most economic sense from around 100 orders per month. Below that, our shipping label service may be a better starting point. If you're unsure, use the quiz above or reach out — we'll give you an honest answer.
What integrations do you support?
We integrate directly with Shopify and WooCommerce, covering the vast majority of Irish e-commerce businesses. We also support API connectivity for custom-built stores, marketplaces, and multi-channel setups. If you're unsure whether your platform is compatible, contact us and we'll confirm within 24 hours.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts before they've had a chance to experience the service. We work on flexible terms and grow alongside you. A provider confident in their service doesn't need to trap you in a contract — and we're confident in ours.
Can you handle returns?
Yes. When a customer sends something back, we receive it, inspect the condition, update your inventory, and either restock it or flag it as damaged. You receive a full returns report so you always know what came back and why.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship domestically across Ireland and internationally to the UK, Europe, and beyond. We have the carrier relationships to handle it at competitive rates. If you have a specific destination in mind, ask us and we'll confirm coverage and transit times.
